I offer online EMDR, Brainspotting, and counselling for adults ready to release the impact of trauma, anxiety, and difficult early experiences — and begin living in alignment with who they truly are.
“Let's journey together — to process, release, and restore.”
You’ve found a space where your story matters.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In this short video, I share a little about who I am, how I work,
and how counselling and EMDR can help you begin to heal from stress, anxiety, trauma, and early life experiences.
If what I share resonates with you, you’re warmly invited to reach out.
I offer online trauma-informed counselling and EMDR therapy across Romford, Essex, London, and throughout the UK, supporting adults to process the past and reconnect with calm, confidence, and self-trust.
You can book a free initial chat or get in touch using the contact form below — you don’t have to do it alone.
“You were never meant to do it all alone.”
Healing isn’t about rushing to feel better — it’s about finding safety in who you are, one step at a time.
I combine talk therapy with evidence-based trauma approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting, alongside mindfulness and parts-informed (IFS-inspired) work.
My approach is attachment-informed, which means we pay gentle attention to how early experiences shaped the way you relate to yourself and others — and work to build a felt sense of safety, connection, and trust.
Together, we’ll find the pace and process that feel right for you.

I believe that healing happens through relationship and safety.
Many of the difficulties we face as adults — anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, fear of rejection — have roots in early attachment experiences where we learned to survive by disconnecting from ourselves.
In our work together, we create a space where all of your inner parts are welcome: the protective ones that keep you safe, and the hurt ones that carry pain.
Through this process, you begin to experience new possibilities — greater calm, connection, and confidence.
I integrate:
Each session is tailored to you — your pace, your goals, your capacity.
You might be here because life feels harder than it should — like you’re carrying something heavy that others can’t see.
Perhaps you’ve been through trauma or loss, or you sense that old patterns keep replaying no matter how much you try to move on.
Therapy can help you:
Begin to believe, deeply, that you are enough
“It’s never too late to feel safe inside yourself.”
PTSD and complex trauma
Anxiety, panic, and overthinking
Low mood and burnout
Feeling “not enough” or unworthy
Childhood neglect or emotional abandonment
Relationship and attachment wounds
Shame, people-pleasing, and self-criticism
Recovery from sexual trauma or abuse
The impact of life-changing or medical events
“Your past may shape you, but it doesn’t have to define you.”
Each person’s healing journey is unique. My approach combines talk therapy with gentle, evidence-based trauma therapies — including EMDR and Brainspotting — to support deep emotional healing and lasting change.
Together, we work at your pace, with safety, curiosity, and compassion at the heart of everything we do.
“Healing isn’t about changing who you are —
it’s about helping all parts of you feel safe, seen, and whole.”
Attachment-Informed EMDR to help your nervous system safely reprocess distressing or enduring memories that still feel “stuck.”
Through gentle eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports your brain in completing the healing process
that trauma once interrupted — restoring calm, integration, and resilience.
This approach is relational, somatic, and parts-informed, allowing healing to unfold safely and at your own pace.
Our sessions offer a warm, relational space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and patterns with kindness and understanding.
This is the foundation of our work — where we make sense of what you’re feeling and begin to rebuild connection, confidence, and calm.
Many of my clients describe therapy as the first place they’ve felt truly seen — where strength and vulnerability can exist together.
I also use Rewind and Flash — gentle, evidence-based approaches that help the brain safely process distressing memories without needing to relive them.
Rewind is often helpful for single-event trauma or vivid intrusive memories, easing their emotional intensity.
Flash offers a more pleasant, positive way to process difficult experiences, engaging calm and resourcing thoughts while healing unfolds.
Both methods help reduce distress and restore balance in the nervous system.
Brainspotting uses focused attention and eye position to help access and release trauma stored in the body.
It’s a gentle yet powerful method for healing for trauma and anxiety — when words aren’t enough — helping you feel calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
to gently understand how early relationships and childhood
experiences shape present-day patterns.
Between sessions, mindfulness and self-compassion practices can help you regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.
Together, we’ll develop simple tools to support calm and safety in daily life.
If you’re unsure where to begin, we can start with a free 15-minute chat — a space to ask questions and see if this approach feels right for you.

Counselling is most effective when you feel safe, comfortable, and able to trust your therapist. Everyone is unique, so finding the right “fit” matters. I suggest booking an initial 50-minute session with me — with no obligation to continue — so you can see how it feels.
No — I work exclusively online via secure video platforms (such as Zoom). This allows you to attend from the comfort of your own home or another safe space of your choice.
Yes. Online counselling and trauma therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Many people find they can go even deeper when working from their own familiar environment. I’ll guide you with grounding techniques to keep the process safe. That said, online therapy may not be right for everyone — we’ll discuss this together.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy recommended by the NHS and World Health Organisation for trauma and PTSD. It uses eye movements (or other forms of bilateral stimulation) to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they feel less overwhelming and lose their emotional “charge.”
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that uses eye position, mindfulness, and focused attention to access where trauma is stored in the body and brain. It can help release deeply held emotional pain, sometimes when talking alone feels “stuck.”
There’s no set number. The length of therapy depends on your needs, goals, and what brings you to counselling. I offer both short- and long-term therapy, and we’ll regularly review your progress. Some clients work with me weekly for a period of time, others continue long-term at a slower pace, and some return after breaks. Ultimately, the choice is always yours.
I have experience supporting clients with:
Yes. Confidentiality is essential in therapy and I take it very seriously. I will explain the few legal and ethical exceptions (for example, risk of harm to yourself or others) during our initial contract, so you feel clear and safe.
Therapy is a safe, supportive space where you can share openly without judgement. We’ll work at your pace — you’ll never be pressured to talk about something before you’re ready. Together we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to uncover what’s holding you back, and develop strategies for healing and growth.
The first step is to book a free 15-minute consultation or an initial 50-minute session. This gives you a chance to ask questions, share what you’d like help with, and see how it feels to work together. There’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right.
Currently, I work with adults (18+) on a one-to-one basis. If you are looking for child or couples therapy, I may be able to recommend trusted colleagues.
(EMDR processing sessions are 90 minutes and charged accordingly)
Payments are made in advance by bank transfer. Please see my Fees & Cancellation Policy for full details.
