For when life feels heavy — I offer a safe, compassionate space to process trauma, find calm, and reconnect with yourself, gently and at your own pace.
“You’ve found a space where your story matters — here’s a little about mine.”
I’ve always been drawn to helping others — from being the person friends came to for support, to working in mental health and women’s refuges with people navigating trauma, abuse, and the impact of early life experiences.
Those early roles taught me about resilience, dignity, and the importance of being truly seen and understood. Over time, I realised I wanted to move beyond surface-level support to work at the heart of healing — helping people process the pain beneath the coping so they could move toward real change.
That calling led me to train as a counsellor and trauma therapist. Alongside my private practice, I also work within the NHS (via a third-party provider), treating complex trauma and PTSD online, and with a rape crisis charity supporting survivors of sexual trauma and abuse.
A few years ago, I experienced a sudden, life-altering health event that gave me a profound understanding of what it means to recover and rebuild when life changes unexpectedly. It deepened my empathy and shaped the calm, compassionate way I work today — with patience, attunement, and deep respect for each person’s pace and process.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: healing happens through safety, connection, and compassion — and you don’t have to do it alone.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and calm. Although the work can go deep, there’s also room for lightness and laughter. All emotions are welcome here — pain, anger, joy, grief, and everything in between — because each one holds meaning and a path toward healing.
I draw on a blend of talk therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion, helping you process trauma, ease anxiety, and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
“True strength isn’t about never falling apart — it’s about knowing you don’t have to do it alone.”
