A gentle space for support, grounding and information you can explore in your own time.

Everything here is simple, calming and easy to access — nothing overwhelming.

Softening Into Self

A journal of healing and self-compassion

A gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself with care.

Softening Into Self was created for moments when life feels overwhelming, tender, or uncertain —when something inside you is asking to be noticed, but you’re not quite sure how to begin.

Through reflective prompts, inner child exploration, and gentle guidance, this journal offers a way to come back to yourself — slowly, and without pressure.

There is no right way to move through it.

Only your way.

Step inside the pages

A gentle glimpse into the journal — a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect — but from the first page, something shifted.

It feels incredibly soft and safe, but also deep. Not shallow. Not overwhelming.

The prompts don’t feel forced… they feel held.

It invites you to slow down and really meet yourself where you are.

Honestly, it feels like Amanda is sitting right next to you while you write.

I’m so glad this exists.”
