Are you ready to move beyond the past and step forward in your healing?

EMDR Intensive Therapy offers a safe, focused way to heal more deeply and efficiently.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives give us uninterrupted time to process trauma, anxiety, and grief at a pace your system can handle — creating lasting shifts in days rather than months.

“Healing doesn’t have to take forever. Sometimes it just needs space, focus, and care.”

Why Choose EMDR Intensive Therapy

Research shows that intensive trauma therapy can help people achieve significant results in a shorter time.

These extended sessions allow for deeper integration and fewer interruptions, supporting your nervous system in completing the healing process that trauma once paused.

With an EMDR intensive, you can:

Experience accelerated trauma recovery

Reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression

Heal from childhood trauma and complex grief

Release limiting beliefs that keep you stuck

Create space for renewed confidence, calm, and self-trust

Who EMDR Intensives Are For

EMDR intensives are best suited for:

Existing or returning clients who already feel safe working with me

Adjunct clients currently in therapy who wish to focus on a specific block or trauma memory

People who have completed some EMDR work before and are ready to go deeper in a contained, supported way

Busy professionals or parents who prefer a concentrated approach to fit their schedule

We only proceed once we’ve prepared your system to feel grounded, resourced, and ready.

Care and safety are at the heart of everythingI do

£1,200 Full Package

This bespoke intensive provides time and care to work through multiple related memories, patterns, or deep-rooted beliefs in a safe, contained space.

The process is always adapted to your needs — sometimes we go deeper, sometimes we pause and reflect.

Includes:

  • 90-minutes assessment and preparation session
  • 6–7 hours of EMDR processing and mindfulness work (over one or two days)
  • 40–50-minute post-session review and integration session

An additional 50-minute preparation session (£75) may be recommended, especially when working with developmental trauma or childhood abuse, to ensure the highest levels of safety and care.

Each intensive is individualised and trauma-informed, balancing depth with regulation.

We take regular breaks, work mindfully with your body, and use somatic grounding, Flash, or Brainspotting techniques where helpful.

Why EMDR Intensives Work

In standard therapy, it may take months to reach the root of trauma. With EMDR intensive therapy, you can achieve the same breakthroughs in just a few days. This approach helps you:

Go deeper without interruption

Experience rapid trauma relief

Begin PTSD recovery sooner

Reclaim your freedom and sense of self

Frequently asked questions

Is this right for me?

EMDR intensives are best for people who already have some experience with therapy or EMDR and want to move through something specific with care and support. We’ll assess readiness together.

What if I become overwhelmed?

Safety is central to my work. I’m experienced in helping clients manage distress and use Flash, somatic resourcing, and parts-informed grounding to maintain stability. We take regular breaks and stay attuned to your system throughout.

Can I stay with my current therapist?

Yes — EMDR intensives can be adjunct therapy, helping you clear a block so your ongoing therapy can continue with greater ease.

I’m a therapist — can I refer my client to you for EMDR intensive work?

Absolutely. I regularly provide adjunct EMDR intensive sessions for clients who are stuck on a specific core belief, memory, or emotional block.

We work collaboratively — your client can attend intensives with me and continue their regular therapy with you.

My approach is fully attachment- and parts-informed, ensuring the client’s safety, consent, and continuity of care are prioritised.

Please email me if you’d like further details or an information sheet about this process.

How do I prepare?

Before your intensive, you’ll receive a personalised workbook and resourcing plan to help you feel supported before, during, and after our work together.

A Bespoke Approach

No two intensives are alike. We design them together — based on your readiness, goals, and nervous-system capacity.

Some clients use an intensive as a focused piece of work within ongoing therapy, while others take time away to complete a specific area of healing before continuing their journey.

Safety and connection guide every decision.

If an intensive isn’t suitable after assessment, I’ll recommend trusted EMDR colleagues who specialise in online intensives or other trauma-informed approaches.
